Deployed FortiClient EMS from scratch in a High Availability (HA) configuration for a UAE customer, tailored to customer-specific requirements, with the primary objective of moving away from traditional VPN toward a Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) model. Established a centralized endpoint management platform and integrated FortiAuthenticator as an additional layer of user verification, configuring OTP and other supported authentication methods across compatible products. Independently learned and applied core enterprise networking concepts, rebuilding the environment's switching infrastructure including VLAN segmentation and trunk configuration. Supported multiple UAE AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) customers on FortiGate firewalls, performing troubleshooting and recommending security hardening measures. Deployed FortiAnalyzer and FortiManager from scratch for a UAE AMC customer operating across 8 sites, successfully configuring and rolling out both platforms into production. Maintained AMC support for Mimecast email security for a leading insurance company in the UAE, providing configuration assistance and recommending hardening measures to strengthen email security posture. Continuously builds knowledge of emerging Fortinet and networking/security products to stay effective in a fast-moving, day-to-day operational environment.
