Spearheaded the frontend migration from Create React App to Vite, resolving dependency compatibility issues and cutting deployment time from 38 minutes to under 5 minutes. Built a Compensation Analytics feature using ApexCharts, enabling users to visualize and slice compensation data across custom dimensions to derive actionable insights. Developed a reusable custom Query Builder by wrapping the react-querybuilder library, now used across multiple product modules wherever workflow setup and query-based filtering is required. Identified a gap in PR-level test coverage visibility and built pr-coverage, an npm package that computes % coverage on a PR’s diff by comparing changed lines against c8’s coverage report - now adopted as part of the team’s PR review workflow. Built and maintained a reusable React component library used across multiple product modules, reducing duplicated UI logic and accelerating feature development. Enhanced the CD pipeline using GitHub Actions to enable auto-deployment on push, improving developer experience and reducing manual release overhead. Engineered a scalable report generation pipeline using p-limit for controlled concurrency and DocRaptor/WickedPDF for document rendering, handling high-volume exports without blocking the main thread.
