Developed a modular Selenium WebDriver test automation framework using Java, TestNG, Maven, POM, and PageFactory. Automated key CRM web application workflows including user login, Lead creation, and Contact management. Implemented data-driven testing using Apache POI to read and manage test data from Excel files.
