I'm a full-stack web developer with a background in backend-first engineering, specializing in FastAPI and Django/DRF, paired with modern frontend development using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS. I recently graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Information Technology from Eastern Visayas State University, maintaining a General Weighted Average of 1.59 and consistent Dean's Lister recognition throughout my studies. During my internship at the Bureau of the Treasury (Region VIII), I served as both a Backend and Full-Stack Developer, where I engineered core data logic and SQL validation routines for the National Collection Transparency System — a platform used to securely process multi-agency financial data. I also independently designed, built, and deployed a Daily Time Record System from scratch, including a FastAPI backend with automated PDF batch-printing and a responsive, user-friendly client interface. I take ownership of projects end-to-end — from architecture and backend logic through to polished, responsive frontend delivery — and I'm driven by solving real problems with clean, maintainable code. I'm eager to bring this same initiative and technical depth to a growing team, while continuing to sharpen my skills across the full stack.

Served as the Backend Developer for the National Collection Transparency System, a flagship institutional platform designed to monitor, track, and enforce timely collection inputs and remittances from local government units (LGUs) and state agencies. Designed and developed a web-based Daily Time Record (DTR) system to optimize internal department tracking, featuring session persistence and PDF batch-printing utilities. Participated in live systems demonstrations and stakeholder onboarding for LGUs across Biliran and the entire province of Leyte, gathering user feedback to iterate on backend requirements.
