Reconciled transaction amounts by aggregating daily values from supporting reports and comparing them against corresponding bank transactions before processing. Resolved API timeout and rate-limiting issues for high-volume accounts by implementing request batching, processing transactions in batches of 100 records per request, reducing API failures. Used a queue-based workflow to pass validated transactions to a downstream bot that created deposits and added bifurcated transaction amounts in Intacct using SOAP APIs. Designed a human-in-the-loop validation workflow that routed low-confidence invoices to a custom validation center for manual verification before returning them to the automated processing flow. Used queues and asynchronous processing to manage document-processing stages and address API timeout and rate-limiting issues in high-volume processing. Lead Automation: Automated the workflow for claiming incoming repair leads from Generac Powerplay portal, creating corresponding ServiceTitan bookings, tracking downstream changes, and synchronizing lead statuses. Automated lead claiming through browser interaction with randomized delays to mimic normal user interaction. Created corresponding bookings in ServiceTitan using JSON APIs after successfully claiming leads from the portal. Integrated with Databricks data lake tables through JSON APIs to send newly created ServiceTitan booking data for downstream monitoring and updates.
