Building a full-stack matchmaking platform (React, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL) that manages customers, candidate profiles, and match review workflows end to end. Built a local LLM pipeline (Ollama + Qwen 2.5) that extracts structured candidate data from English, Telugu, and Tenglish biodata, with no paid AI APIs and all data processed locally. Designed REST APIs for candidate management, biodata import, customer and candidate matching, and match review. Implemented a weighted-scoring matching engine using age, gender, location, education, and occupation preferences, with eligibility evaluation. Automated re-matching so newly imported candidates are scored against all active customer requirements, producing ranked recommendations with score breakdowns and verification flags. Built a React + Tailwind dashboard for biodata import, candidate profiles, match recommendations, and approve/reject/verify workflows.
