Engineered secure role-based workflows for sprint planning, capacity allocation, work-item management, reporting, and bug-tracking using MS Entra ID (OIDC) single sign-on with JWT for secure authentication. Built extensive reporting and analytics modules featuring dashboards, Gantt chart, and drill-down insights to improve sprint execution and resource planning, reducing report generation efforts by 18 hrs/week. Designed Azure Function background processing services integrating with Azure DevOps/TFS REST APIs to automate synchronization of work items using incremental ETL processing and upsert-based ingestion routines. Automated engineering reporting workflows by implementing scheduled report generation, SMTP-based email notifications, and centralized log archival using Azure Blob storage. Led the development of an in-house TFS/Azure DevOps time-tracking extension, replacing a third-party 7pace Timetracker dependency and cutting annual licensing spend by Rs 23L for a 170+ user base in the organization. Developed the solution in React, .NET minimal API, and PostgreSQL with hub-level integration across organization, project, and work item forms, plus time logging and reporting modules.
