Worked on a Healthcare Management Platform in the Healthcare/SaaS domain, supporting end-to-end patient, appointment, billing, and user management workflows. Tested critical healthcare business workflows including patient management, appointment processing, billing-related workflows, user authentication, and role-based access. Engineered a reusable E2E Test Automation Framework from scratch using Playwright + TypeScript, automating 120+ critical business workflows. Designed reusable Page Object Model (POM) components and custom Playwright Fixtures, reducing duplicate automation code by 30% and improving maintainability. Implemented BDD scenarios and reusable step definitions using Playwright-BDD and Cucumber, achieving 80%+ reuse of common test steps.
