My name is Sheela V, and I have over 6 years of professional experience in claims processing and customer support with organizations such as Accenture, Xchanging Technology, and Hipower Support. In my previous roles as a Senior Executive, I handled customer interactions through chat and email, along with insurance claims processing, ensuring high accuracy and customer satisfaction. After taking a planned career break to focus on my child’s early education, I utilized this time to upskill myself in Java backend development. I have gained hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and MySQL, and have developed projects including a User Registration System, Product Management REST API, and Student Result Management System. Through my professional experience, I have developed strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure—skills that I believe will help me contribute in a software development role. I am now actively seeking an opportunity as a Java Backend Developer where I can apply my skills, contribute to the team, and continue to grow.
