Executed end-to-end manual testing across the full STLC — functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT support — for modules including Transactions, Payouts, Voyage Management, RBAC, Accounting, and Xero Integration. Designed and maintained 100+ structured test cases and test scenarios covering CRUD workflows, payment flows, role-based access scenarios, and financial transaction validations, translating business requirements into detailed test coverage. Identified, documented, and triaged 700+ defects throughout the full defect lifecycle in Jira — from discovery and reproduction to severity/priority classification, verification, and closure — directly supporting product stability across bi-weekly release cycles. Performed data validation using SQL queries against PostgreSQL to verify backend accuracy for financial and transactional records. Used ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate test case generation, test data creation, and defect report drafting — improving documentation turnaround and consistency across complex financial and operational modules. Conducted cross-platform mobile testing on real devices and BrowserStack across iOS and Android for a Flutter-based application, ensuring consistent UI and functional behavior. Built and maintained Playwright automation scripts (TypeScript) covering CRUD workflows across 9+ modules, supplementing manual regression testing and reducing repetitive manual effort during bi-weekly production release sanity cycles. Automated GraphQL API collections in Postman post-backend migration, validating request-response accuracy across critical endpoints; used Firebase to configure test accounts and support 2FA/authentication flow testing.
