Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise across various HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of implementing and supporting multiple SF modules in enterprise environments, working closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite, including: Employee Central (EC) Employee Central Time Management (EC-TM) HCM Payroll Integration Recruiting Management (RCM) Onboarding 2.0 Performance & Goal Management Succession & Career Planning Learning Management System (LMS) Compensation Management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations. Provide expert-level functional and technical support across modules. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and process optimization. Conduct training, workshops, and user support sessions as needed. Drive continuous improvements in system usability and HR process automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules. Proven expertise in multiple modules listed above is mandatory. Strong understanding of HR business processes, data flows, and system integration. Good hands-on experience in configuration, workflows, role-based permissions, reporting, and interface design. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules will be an added advantage.
Other Requirements
Must be willing to work onsite (in-office role). Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days max. Ability to handle multiple implementations and client interactions independently.
