Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong experience across core HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in full-cycle implementations, support, and enhancements in SuccessFactors environments. You will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and project teams to drive configuration, integration, and optimization of HR technology solutions.

Required Skills

6+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support

Deep expertise in multiple SF HCM modules, including:

Employee Central (EC)

Employee Central Time Management (EC-TM)

HCM Payroll Integration

Recruiting Management (RCM)

Onboarding 2.0

Performance & Goal Management

Succession & Career Planning

Learning Management System (LMS)

Compensation Management

Strong understanding of HR business processes and data integration

Proficient in system configuration, workflows, role-based permissions, and reporting

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules preferred

Ability to manage multiple implementations independently

Must be available to join within 30 days (Immediate preferred)
