Bizoforce is hiring a Frontier ERP Consultant / Senior Frontier ERP Professional for a US-based organization headquartered in Wisconsin. This is a fully remote, contract-to-hire opportunity for an experienced ERP professional with strong functional and technical expertise in Frontier ERP implementations, support, and enhancements.

Experience

Level: Senior (8+ Years)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Frontier ERP implementation and configuration
• Manage ERP enhancements and system upgrades
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with finance, operations, IT, and business stakeholders
• Support integrations, testing, documentation, and process improvements
• Ensure system stability, best practices, and optimization

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Frontier ERP
• Strong knowledge of ERP modules, workflows, and business processes
• Experience in ERP implementation, customization, and support
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience working with US-based clients (preferred)

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Contract-to-hire experience
• ERP integrations and reporting exposure
• Leadership or mentoring experience
