Bizoforce Hiring – Senior Consultant / Workday Adaptive Planning Architect – USA (PST Zone)

Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Senior Consultant / Workday Adaptive Planning Architect to lead critical project workstreams within the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice. This role focuses on end-to-end delivery of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions, bridging business requirements with functional and technical execution. The position requires strong leadership, hands-on configuration skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Experience

Experience Required: Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and EPM implementations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assigned project workstreams and support overall project planning and delivery
• Collaborate with clients to gather, define, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Design functional solutions including scenario modeling and process flow mapping
• Build and present prototypes to validate functional designs and client requirements
• Perform hands-on configuration of Workday Adaptive Planning to meet business needs
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, use cases, and quality assurance activities
• Create training materials and deliver end-user training sessions
• Define post-go-live support processes and provide client handover
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery best practices

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
• Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) domain knowledge
• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting expertise
• Functional design, prototyping, and configuration experience
• Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Testing, UAT, and quality assurance experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience as a Workday Adaptive Architect or Lead Consultant
• Experience mentoring or leading junior consultants
• Exposure to end-to-end EPM implementations
