Bizoforce Hiring – Senior Power Apps Developer (Secret Clearance) – Washington, DC

Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Senior Power Apps Developer to support federal programs in Washington, DC. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 CRM, along with the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Secret security clearance. The position is primarily onsite and supports secure government environments.

Experience

Level: Senior Developer
Experience Required: Minimum 3+ Years in Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Apps
• Build and customize applications within Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM
• Develop workflows, integrations, and automation using Power Automate
• Support secure, scalable solutions within federal environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Platform applications
• Ensure compliance with federal security and governance standards

Required Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
• Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform customization
• Strong understanding of secure application development
• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required
• US Citizenship required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance (highly preferred)
• Experience working in federal or DoD environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
