Bizoforce Hiring – IT Asset Management Administrator (Windows Administration, ITAM, CMDB)

Bizoforce is hiring an experienced IT Asset Management Administrator with strong expertise in IT Asset Lifecycle Management, Windows Administration, CMDB, Vendor Management, and IT Infrastructure Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory, compliance, procurement coordination, asset utilization, and operational excellence across enterprise environments. The role requires close collaboration with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Infrastructure teams to optimize asset performance and reduce operational costs.

Key Responsibilities

IT Asset Lifecycle Management

• Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Track hardware and software assets while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Ensure asset compliance with organizational policies and software licensing requirements.
• Maintain accurate asset documentation and lifecycle records.

Hardware & End-User Support

• Coordinate hardware provisioning, configuration, labeling, and deployment.
• Support hardware lifecycle activities and resolve escalated hardware-related issues.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to minimize downtime and improve end-user satisfaction.

CMDB & Asset Governance

• Create, maintain, and optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Perform regular asset audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure data accuracy and governance across enterprise asset repositories.

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for IT asset acquisition.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement activities.
• Support budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning for IT assets.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved asset utilization.

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Generate reports on asset utilization, lifecycle status, and operational performance.
• Analyze procurement and asset spend to identify optimization opportunities.
• Improve asset management processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Support ITIL-aligned asset management best practices.
