We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the PACCAR Global Connected Services (GCS) Global Over-the-Air (GOTA) project. The role involves translating business processes and customer requirements into software requirements and coordinating with business stakeholders, technology teams, development teams, and testing teams. The selected candidate will help define and document requirements, facilitate solution implementation, and support the delivery of OTA services across connected commercial vehicle platforms.

Experience Required

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• The supplied job description references 2–4 years of equivalent work experience demonstrating relevant knowledge and expertise.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and solution definition.
• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
