AI/ML Expert (5+ Years Experience)

Webkit 24 is at the forefront of innovation in , EdTech, FinTech, Healthcare, etc, building scalable AI-driven solutions that transform businesses. We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Expert to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge models and applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML pipelines and systems.

Work on supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms.

Build and fine-tune models for NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, or Generative AI.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define AI features and solutions.

Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability in production.

Stay up-to-date with the latest research and integrate new findings into our solutions.

Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to AI/ML best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML.

Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.

Experience with deep learning architectures: CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, GANs, etc.

Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and probability.

Familiarity with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy), and deployment frameworks (Flask, FastAPI).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for ML model deployment.

Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, etc.) is a plus.

Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.)

Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).

Familiarity with RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and multi-agent systems.

Experience working in agile teams and product-driven development environments.
