We are looking for an experienced AEM Architect/Lead to lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and HTL/Sightly, along with experience in enterprise integrations and website performance optimization. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Akamai CDN, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud deployment strategies. Experience integrating Adobe Experience Cloud with enterprise systems and contributing to AI-powered content automation initiatives is highly desirable.

Experience Required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in AEM architecture.
• Strong hands-on expertise in AEM Sites and AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and HTL/Sightly.
• Experience with Akamai CDN, enterprise integrations, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Understanding of cloud deployment, website security, accessibility, and SEO.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
