Bizoforce is hiring an experienced AI Architect with strong expertise in AI/ML architecture, agentic AI platforms, and enterprise automation to lead large-scale AI transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing scalable AI architectures, integrating hybrid cloud environments, and ensuring governance and compliance in regulated enterprise settings. This role is best suited for professionals who can combine AI architecture, cloud integration, and ITSM automation with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture for AI/ML orchestration and ITSM automation
• Design integration blueprints across hybrid cloud environments (Azure & AWS)
• Establish scalable, secure, and compliant AI frameworks
• Evaluate and select agentic AI platforms and tools
• Implement governance frameworks for AI (policy enforcement, audit readiness)
• Ensure IAM/RBAC alignment and regulatory compliance
• Define data architecture, pipelines, and AI workflows
• Lead and mentor AI developers and engineering teams
• Validate AI solutions and vendor capabilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, ITSM, and compliance teams
• Present architecture designs, roadmaps, and executive-level reports
