The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building AI orchestration workflows, integrating cloud platforms, and ensuring governance and compliance in regulated environments. This role is best suited for professionals who can combine AI development, cloud integration, and ITSM automation to deliver scalable and secure enterprise solutions.

Experience

Experience Required: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and design AI-driven solutions
• Build and configure agentic AI workflows using platforms like Workato, AWS Bedrock, and Claude
• Implement ITSM automation workflows using enterprise tools
• Design integration flows across hybrid cloud environments (Azure & AWS)
• Perform data preparation including data wrangling, transformation, and integration
• Conduct functional, security, and scalability testing
• Validate AI tool performance and vendor solutions
• Implement governance frameworks for explainability and compliance
• Ensure IAM/RBAC, audit logging, and regulatory alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery and optimization
