Bizoforce Hiring – AI/ML Data Analyst (EL2 Level) – India - Remote

Bizoforce is looking to onboard an experienced AI/ML Data Analyst at the EL2 level to support advanced analytics, anomaly detection, and AIOps integrations. This role requires strong data analysis capabilities along with applied experience in AI/ML model development and deployment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Python, data modeling, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms and observability tools like Splunk, Datadog, and Prometheus.

Experience:
3–5+ Years

Required Skills

• Proven experience (3–5+ years) in data analytics or related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python (or other statistical/scripting languages)
• Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data profiling
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models, particularly for anomaly detection
• Integration experience with AIOps tools:
• Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, AppDynamics
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Exposure to containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support production-grade AI/ML systems

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models for anomaly detection in IT operations
• Work closely with engineering teams to integrate AIOps solutions with monitoring tools
• Write efficient, reusable, and well-documented Python code for data pipelines and model deployment
• Perform data wrangling, cleansing, and preparation from various structured and unstructured sources
• Support end-to-end model lifecycle from development through monitoring and performance tuning
• Provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders through dashboards or automated alerts
