Bizoforce Hiring – AI/ML Ops Engineers – India - Remote

Bizoforce is hiring AI/ML Ops Engineers with a focus on integrating AI and ML solutions into DevOps and IT operations environments. This role is ideal for professionals with strong Python programming skills, experience in GenAI SDKs, and a solid understanding of AI/ML model operations, including time-series analysis and anomaly detection. Candidates should also have experience working in cloud and containerized environments, and a basic understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes is a plus.

Experience:

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, especially in IT Operations or DevOps contexts
• Strong programming experience with Python
• Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI solutions using AI Python SDKs
• Knowledge of time-series data analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with containerized environments: Docker, Kubernetes
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows and MLOps best practices
• Exposure to ITSM and ITIL frameworks (preferred but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML workflows in IT operations and monitoring pipelines
• Deploy and operationalize machine learning models in production environments
• Integrate Generative AI solutions using Python-based SDKs
• Perform time-series analysis to detect anomalies and forecast system behaviors
• Collaborate with DevOps, IT, and data science teams to build scalable ML solutions
• Automate AI/ML deployment pipelines using MLOps best practices
• Monitor model performance and ensure continuous improvement and retraining
• Work in cloud-native and containerized environments ensuring high availability
