Job Description

Bizoforce is hiring Automation Leads with strong expertise in Java, Selenium, and Appium for large-scale enterprise QA programs. This is a high-volume hiring (50+ positions) for professionals experienced in web and mobile automation across iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on automation experience, along with the ability to lead small teams and drive automation strategy in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Framework Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Appium
  • Build scalable automation solutions for web and mobile applications (iOS & Android)
  • Implement BDD frameworks and best practices

Mobile Automation

  • Develop and execute mobile automation scripts for iOS and Android platforms
  • Ensure cross-platform test coverage and stability
  • Optimize mobile automation performance

QA Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and drive automation strategy across projects
  • Lead small QA teams and ensure delivery quality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for test planning and execution

Agile & Delivery

  • Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in ceremonies
  • Manage test artifacts using JIRA/ALM tools
  • Support onsite-offshore delivery models

Quality & Testing

  • Ensure adherence to QA methodologies and processes
  • Apply test design techniques and improve test coverage
  • Perform API testing (basic to intermediate level)
