Bizoforce Hiring – Azure Workload Deployment Consultant (Remote – India)

Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Workload Deployment Consultant to support Azure-based file system migrations and permission transformations. The consultant will work closely with Microsoft Architects to execute the deployment of workloads and perform end-to-end migration activities in Azure. This is a remote offshore role for candidates based in India with minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Azure workload migration and deployment. A client interview will be required as part of the onboarding process.

Required Skills

• Azure Files / Azure File Sync
• Azure Data Migration Tools
• NTFS and Azure File Share Permission Mapping
• BOM creation and configuration execution
• Collaboration with architecture and engineering teams

Key Responsibilities

• Translate design documents from Microsoft Architects into low-level configurations and Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Execute migrations using Azure Files, File Sync, and data migration tools
• Handle NTFS to Azure File Share permission mappings and migrations
• Perform pre-deployment validation and post-deployment remediation
• Ensure that workload deployments align with design and compliance standards.
