Bizoforce Hiring Backend Developer (Java/Python – GoLang Training Provided) | Phoenix, Arizona

Bizoforce is looking for passionate Backend Developers with experience in Java or Python who are eager to upskill into GoLang. Selected candidates will receive comprehensive GoLang training and contribute to building scalable, high-performance backend systems in an Agile environment.

Experience: 2+ years of professional software development experience

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java or Python
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and SQL
• Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD workflows
• Agile/Scrum development experience
• Willingness to learn GoLang (training provided)
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
• Knowledge of NoSQL and in-memory databases (MongoDB, Redis)
• Understanding of event-driven architectures (Kafka, gRPC)
• Familiarity with observability tools (ELK Stack, Splunk, Grafana)
• Experience collaborating with frontend teams (ReactJS, AngularJS)
• Background in Financial Services domain

Assignment Details

• Location: Phoenix, Arizona (or willing to relocate)
