Key Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather business requirements
• Document ITSM automation and AI orchestration use cases
• Translate business needs into technical and evaluation criteria
• Map current workflows (incident, request, change management)
• Identify automation opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with AI Architects and Developers for POC validation
• Track vendor performance and document findings
• Align business requirements with governance and compliance frameworks
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams
• Support change management and user adoption planning
