Bizoforce is hiring an experienced CIAM Threat Engineer with strong expertise in fraud prevention, digital identity, and customer identity security to support enterprise identity protection initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CIAM platforms, threat detection, and fraud mitigation across digital channels. This role is best suited for professionals who can design and implement identity security controls, reduce fraud risks, and enhance customer authentication experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise systems.

Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement fraud prevention and threat detection solutions
• Assess and enhance identity and authentication controls across applications
• Configure and manage fraud detection tools (ThreatMetrix, Arkose Labs)
• Implement bot defense and abuse mitigation strategies
• Support identity proofing and authentication (MFA, OTP, biometrics)
• Analyze threat data using tools like Splunk and telemetry platforms
• Define and improve fraud detection and response strategies
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, and platform teams
• Provide L3/L4 support for identity and authentication systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security frameworks
