Job Description

Bizoforce is hiring a Coupa Support Lead with strong experience in AMS (Application Managed Services), production support, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will lead Coupa support operations, handle critical escalations, and ensure high availability and performance of Coupa platforms. This role is best suited for professionals with a strong mix of functional, technical, and stakeholder management expertise in Coupa environments.

Experience Required: 8–12 Years (Minimum 5+ years in Coupa mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

1. Coupa Production Support & AMS Leadership

  • Own end-to-end Coupa AMS / L2–L3 support operations
  • Act as escalation point for incidents, problems, and changes
  • Drive RCA, issue resolution, and preventive actions
  • Manage SLA adherence, backlog, and ticket governance
  • Lead war room calls during critical incidents
  • Identify risks across transactions, integrations, and performance

2. Coupa Functional & Technical Support

  • Provide hands-on support across modules:
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Invoicing & Expenses
  • Sourcing
  • Supplier Information Management (SIM)
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues (business rules, approvals, tax, accounting)
  • Support releases, upgrades, and hypercare

3. Implementation Expertise

  • Leverage implementation experience for faster issue resolution
  • Support UAT, defect fixes, and transition to production
  • Participate in design workshops and solution improvements

4. Integration Ownership

  • Manage integrations with ERP and middleware systems:
  • SAP S/4HANA / ECC
  • Oracle Fusion
  • Middleware (CPI, PI/PO, Mulesoft, Boomi)
  • Troubleshoot API failures, batch jobs, and data mismatches
  • Ensure data integrity and reconciliation

5. Governance & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as client SPOC for Coupa support
  • Lead governance meetings (daily/weekly/monthly reviews)
  • Provide reporting on SLA, risks, and improvements
  • Drive service improvement initiatives

6. Team Leadership & Knowledge Management

  • Mentor and guide support team members
  • Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and KT documentation
  • Support onboarding and transition activities
