Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Service Cloud solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy applications on Oracle Fusion Service Cloud
- Lead CRM transformation and customer service platform initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and delivery
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing systems
- Participate in design reviews and enforce best practices
- Maintain documentation for architecture, processes, and solutions
- Stay updated with Oracle CX and Service Cloud advancements
