Job Description
Bizoforce is hiring an experienced D365 CRM Field Service Consultant to support enterprise service management and CRM initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, along with the ability to handle implementation, customization, and support activities. This role is best suited for professionals who can combine functional and technical knowledge of D365 CRM with strong stakeholder collaboration and delivery capabilities in an onsite environment.
Experience Level: Consultant / Senior Consultant Experience Required: 5–15 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Field Service solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Configure and customize D365 Field Service modules
- Manage work orders, scheduling, and service operations workflows
- Integrate D365 with other enterprise systems
- Support testing, deployment, and production issue resolution
- Ensure system performance, data accuracy, and process optimization
- Provide technical support and user guidance
- Maintain documentation and support continuous improvements
