Bizoforce is hiring a Datacenter Hands & Feet Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support in a high-performance data center environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for physical server/network handling, hardware troubleshooting, and supporting day-to-day datacenter operations. This role requires strong hands-on experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Experience

Level: Support Engineer / Datacenter Technician
Experience Required: 3–6+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Datacenter Operations

• Perform physical installation and decommissioning of servers, network devices, and hardware
• Rack and stack equipment with proper cable management
• Support datacenter operations and maintenance activities

Hardware Support & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues
• Replace defective components (disks, memory, power units, etc.)
• Assist in resolving server and network-related incidents

Maintenance & Support

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Support firmware upgrades and patching activities
• Assist in maintenance windows (weekdays/weekends as required)

Inventory & Asset Management

• Track datacenter inventory and hardware assets
• Maintain documentation and asset records
• Ensure proper labeling and compliance

Vendor & Team Coordination

• Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware support
• Work with L1/L2/L3 teams for issue resolution
• Support escalation handling for complex issues
