Bizoforce is urgently hiring a Datacenter Hands & Feet Support Engineer to provide critical, on-site operational support at our data center facility in Wichita, Kansas. The role involves hands-on tasks including hardware installation, cabling, server rack & stack, basic troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and support for routine maintenance. Candidates must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and on-call support for emergencies.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure support
• Hands-on experience with physical installation and maintenance of servers and networking hardware
• Understanding of basic networking concepts, cabling standards, and server hardware architecture
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, and component-level replacements
• Ability to collaborate with remote L1/L2/L3 support teams and hardware OEMs for issue resolution
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to work independently, follow SOPs, and take initiative
• Willingness to work during off-hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical certification/training in IT, Networking, or Infrastructure
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure best practices, including power, cooling, and safety standards
• Experience in inventory management and asset tracking within data center environments.
