Responsibilities
End User Services
- Install and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other end-user equipment
- Handle day-to-day incidents and service requests through the ITSM system
- Perform software installations and system configurations
- Maintain and update hardware asset records
- Provide IT onboarding and orientation for new users
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
- Contribute to documentation, process updates, and knowledge base articles
- Support infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and project-related tasks
Service Operations
- Respond to incidents and service requests efficiently
- Resolve common technical issues or escalate when necessary
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintenance routines
- Manage device inventory and reporting
- Collaborate with other IT teams as needed
