Bizoforce is hiring a Software Development Engineer (SDE) focused on Client Development using C++ and MFC. This role involves working on legacy and modern desktop applications, enhancing performance, and maintaining high-quality code standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and maintaining Windows-based client software using C++ and the Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) framework.

Experience:
3–6 Years (Mid-level)

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in C++
• Hands-on experience with MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes)
• Good understanding of Windows desktop application development
• Experience in debugging and maintaining legacy codebases
• Familiarity with software design principles and object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client-side applications using C++ and MFC
• Refactor and modernize existing legacy desktop applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver features
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects
• Optimize application performance and memory usage
• Follow coding standards and participate in peer code reviews
• Contribute to technical documentation and system design
