Job Description
Bizoforce is hiring Field IT Support Engineers to provide end-to-end onsite IT support across multiple locations in France and Germany. The role focuses on desktop support, IMAC services, network troubleshooting, conference room support, and data center hands-and-feet activities while ensuring SLA adherence and compliance with organizational standards.
Experience
Level: Mid-Level IT Support Engineer Experience Required: 3–7 Years in Field / Onsite IT Support
Key Responsibilities
1. End-User & Desktop Support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and applications
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting
- Manage device imaging and deployments
- Support Mac devices and Microsoft Office 365
- Provide printer setup and troubleshooting
2. Network & Infrastructure Support
- Troubleshoot LAN connectivity, DHCP, DNS issues
- Provide hands-and-feet support for backend teams
- Assist in server mounting, rack labeling, and cable management
- Support data center operations including device reboot, console access, racking/stacking
3. IMAC & AV Support
- Execute Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) services
- Provide VIP support for conference rooms and AV technologies
- Coordinate with vendors for AV and OEM hardware support
4. Vendor & Asset Management
- Coordinate with OEM vendors for repairs and replacements
- Maintain IT inventory and asset lifecycle documentation
- Support procurement and compliance audits
5. Process & Compliance
- Adhere to SLAs and IT policies
- Ensure GDPR and local data protection compliance
- Maintain incident documentation and update knowledge base articles
6. Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate in English and local language
- Provide after-hours and time-zone-based support when required
- Support recurring meetings and business events
