Bizoforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) with strong expertise in Generative AI and large-scale AI solution deployment for a high-priority enterprise engagement. This is a highly client-facing role requiring candidates who can work in ambiguous environments, build end-to-end AI solutions, and directly collaborate with stakeholders to deliver production-grade systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying GenAI solutions beyond proof-of-concepts and a strong foundation in software engineering and cloud architectures.

Key Responsibilities

GenAI Solution Development

• Design and deploy end-to-end Generative AI solutions in production environments
• Build LLM-powered applications including RAG pipelines, copilots, and AI agents
• Implement prompt engineering and optimize model performance

Software Engineering & Architecture

• Develop scalable backend systems using Python or Java
• Design APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
• Apply system design principles for high-performance applications

AI Engineering Lifecycle

• Apply AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) practices
• Handle data ingestion, model deployment, monitoring, and optimization
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of AI systems

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Work directly with client stakeholders in embedded environments
• Translate business problems into technical AI solutions
• Deliver end-to-end implementations from concept to production

Integration & Automation

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and workflows
• Build dashboards, automation pipelines, and orchestration frameworks
• Support continuous improvement and optimization
