Bizoforce is hiring a Full Stack Java Developer (Lead Software Engineer) for a Fortune 500 Financial Services client in Plano, Texas. The candidate will join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team under the Chief Technology Office, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise software solutions on Azure or GCP Cloud.

Experience

Minimum 8+ years in Full Stack Software Development (Java / Spring / Python / Cloud).

Required Skills

• Full-stack development with Java, Spring, and Python
• Cloud experience with GCP or Azure (deployment, architecture, and integration)
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices
• API development & integration experience
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Excellent end-user support and problem-solving capabilities

• Strong knowledge of Unix, Windows, and networking fundamentals

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
• 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development (Java/Spring/Python)
• Proven leadership experience in software development teams
• Strong API and integration expertise
• Experience supporting production systems and ensuring system reliability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Familiarity with Generative AI or emerging cloud technologies
• Certifications in Azure / GCP.
