Bizoforce Hiring: GCP and DevOps Architect - Terraform Kubernetes ArgoCD Bangalore Pune Hyderabad Chandigarh Hybrid

Job Description Bizoforce is hiring a GCP & DevOps Architect to work with a leading enterprise client. This role involves managing scalable infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), driving DevSecOps automation using Terraform, and supporting advanced CI/CD workflows via ArgoCD and related tooling. You’ll collaborate directly with the client's platform engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to architecture design, solution delivery, and operations excellence. The position requires strong cloud experience, a deep understanding of Kubernetes orchestration, GitOps practices, and a proactive mindset for incident response, automation, and compliance. This is a hybrid role, requiring 10 days per month onsite at one of the following locations: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, or Chandigarh.

Required Skills ✅ Core Infrastructure & DevOps

• 8–10 years of experience in GCP cloud architecture and DevOps
• Expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
• Strong command over Kubernetes (GKE) with production-grade experience
• Deep knowledge of GitOps practices using ArgoCD and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience in Ansible for automation and inventory/playbook creation
• Proficiency in monitoring/logging stack: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager
• Understanding of CloudSQL, Secret Manager, Cloud Functions, Cloud Workflows, Vertex AI, BigQuery, Pub/Sub

✅ Platform Operations

• Conducting RCA for production incidents with documentation
• Cost management, escalation for infrastructure spend exceeding $300/month
• Experience working with Composer (Airflow) and Dataproc environments
• Familiarity with Cloud Auth Proxy, IAM roles, and least-privilege architecture
• Proficient in Linux system administration, Bash scripting, and NGINX configuration
• Windows services and storage management (NFS, SMB, snapshots, backups)

✅ Collaboration & Process

• Participation in client Scrum calls (minimum 2 per week)
• Capable of leading POCs in isolated GCP sandbox environments
• Responsible for peer-reviewing infrastructure changes (GitOps principles)
• Comfortable with technical documentation in Confluence.
