Bizoforce Hiring: GenAI Engineer – Databricks & Microsoft AI | Hybrid, Bengaluru (Whitefield)

Bizoforce is seeking a talented and driven GenAI Engineer with 4–8 years of experience to work on cutting-edge AI/LLM initiatives. The role involves developing, scaling, and optimizing generative AI solutions in partnership with a key client in the financial services and insurance domain. This is a hybrid role based in Whitefield, Bengaluru (2–3 days a week onsite).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LLM-based and GenAI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Work extensively with Databricks and Microsoft AI Services to build scalable AI architectures.
• Leverage frameworks such as DSPy, Transformers, PyTorch, and TensorFlow for building robust GenAI systems.
• Design and support Compound AI systems and production-grade NLP models.
• Deploy AI applications in Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate AI models into actionable solutions.
• Write efficient Python code and handle data via SQL when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP.
• Strong background in Python and libraries like Transformers, SpaCy, NLTK, etc.
• Proven experience working with Databricks and Microsoft AI Services.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for AI application deployment.
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks such as DSPy and experience with AI/LLM architectures.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
