Bizoforce Hiring – Generative AI (GenAI) Engineer (Remote – India)

Bizoforce is urgently seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer with deep expertise in Databricks, Microsoft AI Services, and NLP/LLM technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, preferably with a Master’s or PhD in a related field, and proven experience building scalable AI solutions in cloud environments, particularly for financial services or insurance sectors.

Key Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Microsoft AI Services (critical)
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Expertise in NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs), with a track record of contributing to large AI and data engineering projects
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with NLP/LLM frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, SpaCy, NLTK
• Experience in building industry-grade LLM architectures and Generative AI systems, including working with tools such as DSPy and Compound AI systems
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, with experience deploying and managing AI applications in the cloud
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest AI research and trends
• Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders, technical teams, and ensure alignment of deliverables
• Comfortable working with data using SQL when needed.
