Bizoforce is hiring IBM BPM Developers with strong expertise in BPMN, BPD design, and process automation using IBM BPM platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining business process workflows, along with integration capabilities using REST/SOAP services. This role involves working on enterprise BPM solutions across development and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

BPM Development & Design

• Design and develop business processes using BPMN and BPD
• Implement subprocesses, nested processes, and process orchestration
• Develop and maintain workflows using IBM BPM (v8.5.x / 8.6.x and above)

UI & Coach Development

• Build user interfaces using Coach Views and custom Coach Views
• Implement event handling and UI logic within BPM applications
• Apply CSS customization for enhanced UI experience

Integration & Services

• Develop inbound and outbound integrations using REST and WSDL
• Integrate BPM applications with external systems
• Work with IBM Integration Designer (IID)

Process Management & Deployment

• Manage toolkits, tracks, and snapshots for parallel development
• Maintain version control and deployment lifecycle
• Work with tracking groups and case management

Support & Maintenance

• Handle development and maintenance tasks simultaneously
• Troubleshoot BPM issues and optimize performance
• Ensure process efficiency and stability
