Bizoforce is hiring an experienced IBM Infosphere MDM Consultant to design, develop, and implement enterprise Master Data Management solutions. This role focuses on data modeling, matching and merging rules, data governance, and end-to-end MDM solution delivery across large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop IBM Infosphere MDM solutions.
• Configure data models, matching and merging rules.
• Implement and maintain data governance frameworks.
• Work on MDM architecture, performance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure solution scalability, quality, and compliance with MDM standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–9 years of experience in Master Data Management.
• Strong hands-on expertise with IBM Infosphere MDM.
• Experience in:
• MDM solution design and development
• Data modeling
• Matching and merging rules
• Data governance processes
• In-depth knowledge of IBM Infosphere MDM architecture and best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
