Bizoforce is hiring an IBM Watson / AI Engineer for offshore delivery in India. The ideal candidate will work on conversational AI solutions, NLP pipelines, Watson-based applications, and cognitive automation.

Experience

4–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI/NLP models using IBM Watson tools (Assistant, NLU, Discovery, Speech APIs)
• Develop conversational AI workflows and chatbots
• Integrate Watson capabilities with APIs and backend systems
• Design AI/ML pipelines for training, tuning, and evaluation
• Work with unstructured datasets to extract insights
• Improve accuracy and reliability of LLM and NLP systems
• Provide documentation, architecture diagrams, and support handovers
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize AI workloads

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Watson (Assistant, NLU, Discovery, STT, TTS)
• Python programming
• Experience integrating REST APIs and microservices
• NLP experience: intent classification, entity extraction, sentiment analysis
• Experience deploying AI models on IBM Cloud or hybrid cloud
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills

• LangChain, RAG, LLM frameworks
• Cloud experience: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Data visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes

Education Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering
