Bizoforce Hiring – Infor M3 Functional Consultant – India

Bizoforce is hiring an Infor M3 Functional Consultant to bridge business requirements with the Infor M3 ERP platform. The role involves requirements analysis, functional configuration, testing, process improvements, enhancement requests, and ongoing application support. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver Infor M3 solutions, manage enhancement requests through Jira, and resolve day-to-day issues through the ServiceNow incident management process.

Experience

• 5+ Years of experience in Infor M3 functional consulting and ERP implementation/support.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements.
• Configure Infor M3 modules based on business needs.
• Participate in design workshops and solution testing.
• Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing.
• Troubleshoot functional and integration issues.
• Manage enhancement requests through Jira.
• Provide application support through ServiceNow.
• Prepare functional specifications, test cases, test plans, user guides, and KB articles.
• Support user training and process optimization.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Support data migration using M3 APIs, SQL, Infor Data Lake, or related tools.
