Bizoforce is hiring an experienced IT Project Manager with strong expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture (MA&D) programs to lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing IT carve-outs, system separations, and complex migration programs in regulated environments. This role is best suited for professionals who can drive end-to-end project execution, manage stakeholders, and ensure seamless business continuity during separation and transition phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT carve-out, separation, and divestiture programs
• Define project scope, budgets, timelines, and execution plans
• Conduct IT landscape assessments and risk analysis
• Drive Day-1 readiness and post-transition activities
• Manage infrastructure, application, and data migration initiatives
• Oversee vendor management, contracts, and financial tracking
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards
• Maintain detailed project plans and perform critical path analysis
• Drive stakeholder communication including executive-level reporting
• Manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
