Bizoforce is hiring a Kafka Engineer / Kafka Administrator with strong expertise in Confluent Kafka, Spark, and distributed data processing systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Kafka clusters, working with Spark transformations, and supporting real-time data streaming applications in enterprise environments. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder collaboration, and experience working in Agile delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Confluent Kafka clusters and environments
• Design, develop, and support real-time data streaming solutions
• Work with Spark architecture and implement data transformations
• Monitor Kafka performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Analyze and resolve production issues across upstream/downstream systems
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of data pipelines
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in data streaming and big data
