Bizoforce is hiring experienced Kinaxis Maestro Consultants to support enterprise supply chain planning implementations and production support. The role focuses on configuration, solution delivery, integration, and ongoing support across demand, supply, and planning processes using Kinaxis RapidResponse.

Experience

Level: Senior Consultant
Experience Required: 8+ Years in Supply Chain Planning with 2–3 Years hands-on Kinaxis Maestro configuration

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Kinaxis RapidResponse modules including Demand, Supply, S&OP, Forecasting, and Capacity Planning
• Design and develop workbooks, worksheets, reports, dashboards, forms, and scripts
• Analyze user issues, identify root causes, and provide fixes within agreed SLAs
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and project leads on change requests and enhancements
• Participate in requirement gathering and solution design discussions
• Integrate Kinaxis with ERP systems such as SAP using ETL tools
• Support testing cycles including unit testing, integration testing, and go-live activities
• Provide documentation, user training, and post-deployment support
• Share periodic project updates with project management and leadership teams

Required Skills

• 8+ years in supply chain planning
• 2–3 years hands-on Kinaxis Maestro / RapidResponse configuration
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and scheduling
• Kinaxis data model expertise including control tables and planning logic
• Workbook, dashboard, script, and automation development
• Experience with ETL concepts and data flow management
• Integration experience with SAP ERP systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Kinaxis Certifications (Solution Consultant or Author Level 2/3)
• SAP APO or SAP S/4HANA planning experience
• Talend or other ETL tools exposure
