This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Operations Support, who thrive in fast-paced, mission-critical environments. The selected candidates will ensure reliability, scalability, and stability across large-scale systems while collaborating with global engineering and operations teams.

Experience

5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Operations Engineering within large enterprise environments.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in L2+ Operations Support and Site Reliability Engineering
• Strong background in Linux/Unix system administration
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, etc.), and automation frameworks
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with incident, change, and problem management processes
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
