We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in IT analysis, business process evaluation, impact analysis, and Agile development. The ideal candidate should have experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams and analyzing complex enterprise IT platforms. Experience working with Cisco e-commerce, executive reporting, partner business services, or subscription billing platforms is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Conduct impact analysis for application changes and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Support Agile development activities and contribute to project delivery.
• Analyze enterprise IT applications and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support reporting, order management, subscription billing, and related business workflows.
